You can return any product you have purchased within 14 days after you have received it. You do not have to give a reason why you return the product, but of course we appreciate all feedback! If you have purchased your product somewhere else, please contact your vendor for the best service.

Do I Have To Pay For A Returning A Product?
Yes, the shipping costs to us are on your behalf. If you send in a product for repair, we pay for the shipping costs back to you.
