The amount of VAT to be charged is based on the regulations and laws of the respective country. VAT charges for your order will be itemized on the last page of your order, in the e-mail confirmation of your order and on the invoice dispatched with your order.

Warranty Card Each product purchased online comes with an electronic invoice (sales receiptwhen buying in a store) which also serves as a warranty card. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the goods and is extended by the period during which the product was undergoing a warranty repair.
Termination Of The Guarantee Mechanical damage of goods caused by negligent or improper treatment of thegoods by the buyer improper installation, handling or malpractice by the buyer Using the goods in inadequate conditions by the buyer. Defects or any other damage caused by improper handling, unprofessionalinstallation, the use of unsuitable accessories or changes made to the originalparts by the customer or a third party are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover any mechanical damage due to using the goods ininadequate/unsuitable conditions (dusty, humid, chemically aggressive, strongmagnetic fields, etc.) Or if the goods have been interfered with by the buyer or athird party not commissioned by an authorized person (by Audioline). This warranty does not cover the damages or defects caused by natural disastersand improper voltage supply. Signs of wear and tear from normal use are alsoexcluded from the warranty.
When Will My Package Be Delivered?
All orders have 5 euro Shipping & Handling Fee. After your order, you will receive an automatic generated message that your order is received. When we will ship the product (within 3 -4 working days), we will notify you via e-mail.

Packages will be delivered from monday till saturday
We will make 3 delivery attempts for your package delivery. After the 3rd failed attempt at delivery, the package are returned to our warehouse And we will issue a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
After Delivery
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing or incorrect packages, please contact us. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us as soon as possible. You have a legal reflection period of 14 days.
